TRUFFLE MASHED POTATOES

featuring Black Truffle Sea Salt Ingredient: 3 pounds yukon gold potatoes 1/4 cup sour cream room temperature 4 Tbsp. butter room temperature 1/2 cup cream room temperature ground pepper to taste 4-6 tsp. OBTC Black Truffle Sea Salt green onion to garnish Directions: Cut the potatoes in cubes. Add to a pot of boiling water along with a few large pinches of normal salt. Boil for 20-25 minutes, until potatoes can be easily pierced with fork. Drain thoroughly. Place back in the pot and mash in the butter, sour cream, cream and Black Truffle Sea Salt. Be careful not to over mash! Serve immediately and garnish with green onion.

OCTOBER TEA NOTES 🌱

OCTOBER 2022 Happy October fellow tea lovers!  In the month of October, do you celebrate the start of fall? Spooky season? Pumpkin season? Me personally—a little bit of everything! I am the only OBTC team member who doesn't actually live in the Southwest since I'm back in my home state, Florida. Here there is not much difference between the seasons. But, a couple of weeks ago I made my first cup of fall "basicness" anyway... AKA I made my first cup of Pumpkin Pie Chai (even though it was 90℉ with 100% humidity).  And it was glorious! There's not much "sweater weather" where I'm at, so as far as cooler weather goes, I may have to live vicariously through you, fellow tea...
