Refund policy

Returns

As dried tea leaves and honeys are considered a food item, once they have been received by the customer these items cannot be returned. If you think there is something wrong with teas, honeys, essential oils, teaware, etc., please contact us at maggie@oldbarreltea.com with your concerns. If returning teaware, the customer is expected to pay for the return shipping cost.

Returns from online orders can only be returned to our Production Facility, NOT any brick and mortar location.

Refunds 

If a refund if offered for whatever reason, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to return to your original form of payment.  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at maggie@oldbarreltea.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maggie@oldbarreltea.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Missing items

If your order is missing an item upon receiving the order, or if you receive a wrong item in place of the correct item, please contact up at maggie@oldbarreltea.com.

Gift Cards

E-gift cards can only be used online, not at any brick and mortar location.

Shipping

*Free Shipping with a $50.00 minimum purchase - excluding gift card purchases and APO/DPO locations.* All online orders are received, processed, and packaged at our blending facility located at 701 Moon Street SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87123. Retail orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days once the order is received. Wholesale orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days once the order is received.
