Biscochito Latte

Green Chile season is here! If you don't have the luxury of smelling the aroma of New Mexican Chile roasting in the air, don't worry because with our Green Chile Biscochito tea, you can enjoy it all year long! Make it into a latte with a dollop of Salt Cedar Honey, frothed milk, and a sprinkle of Vietnamese Cinnamon on top.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED FROM US TO GET STARTED

INGREDIENTS
(makes 1 cup)
- 2 tsp. OBTC Green Chile Biscochito tea
- 1 tsp. OBTC Salt Cedar Honey
- a sprinkle of OBTC Vietnamese Cinnamon
- 5 oz of hot water
- 3 oz frothed milk of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add Green Chile Biscochito tea to an infuser and pour hot water over. Steep for 4 minutes.
- Remove infuser and sweeten with Salt Cedar Honey.
- Froth your milk and pour over tea, then stir.
- Garnish with Vietnamese Cinnamon to taste. Serve with your favorite biscochito cookie!
