Happy fall y'all! October is here, and we are in the new season - fall! I think we are all ready for a change of pace, and as much as summer is my favorite season, I am ready to embrace fall. I am looking forward to the changing colors of the leaves, cooler weather, opening up the windows of my apartment for fresh air circulation, and enjoying the comforts of the season (like my favorite hot tea blends)!

Tea of the Month: Pumpkin Pie Chai

It is October now, and that means we say hello to pumpkin season! We are happy to introduce our seasonal blend PUMPKIN PIE CHAI as our October tea of the month!

Blended with honeybush tea, pumpkin pieces, licorice root, cinnamon bark, cardamom, ginger, cloves, safflower and natural flavor, this tea is the perfect guilt free treat before bedtime! It is full of seasonal flavors and spice! We like to drink this tea to appease a sweet tooth, promote restful sleep, get antioxidants, support immunity, reduce inflammation, soothe aches and pains, and calm the mind and body.

This blend is best served hot with a spoonful of honey and a dash of cream! We love to blend it with BEE POLLEN BLACK: this combination has a creamy pumpkin, vanilla, and honey flavor! If you are a TEA CLUB MEMBER, you got to try this decadent combination in the fall shipment.

Spice of the Month: Vietnamese Cinnamon

ÔĽŅVIETNAMESE CINNAMON¬†has a higher oil content than regular cinnamon, so the flavor is more rich! We love to use Vietnamese Cinnamon in baking, oatmeal, tea, and smoothies. This is the perfect spice to sprinkle on that tasty cup of Pumpkin Pie Chai!

Essential Oil of the Month: Patchouli
PATCHOULI ESSENTIAL OIL has a full, musky-sweet scent. It is best used for reducing skin imperfections, blemishes, and the appearance of wrinkles: it promotes a glowing and smooth complexion. It is also used for treating fungal infections and balancing emotions.
We blended this oil with some of our other favorite essential oils for a seasonal diffuser blend. Check out the recipe below!
