STEEP:

1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 7 - 10 minutes

One of the Best

I do like this tea in the morning when I want an extra cup of something hot when I’ve gone through my coffee. It’s very satisfying with a little honey, smells wonderful, tastes great & low caffeine. Plus it’s good for you!(Roobios)
