This blend is light and refreshing with crisp apple notes and earthy undertones. It was inspired by a blend called "Pu Erh Fitness Tea" from a little tea shop we visited in Ireland. The ingredients in Irish Pu Erh support digestion, metabolism, muscle recovery and overall wellness. We like to think of this blend as a gym companion, but it is also just a great daily drinker!

CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL

The use of this oil dates back to the Middle Ages and is known for its clarifying properties, just as its name suggests. The English name for clary sage comes from the Latin word “claris” for “clear.”  It is thought to soothe the mind and body, and increase emotional and physical strength - making it the perfect essential oil for yoga and meditation!
