TOMATO MOZZARELLA SALAD by Morgan Switzer-McGinley Ingredients: 1 cup mozzarella pearls 2 cups cherry tomatoes 3 Tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped 3 Tbsp basil oil, olive oil, or Tea Seed Oil 3 tsp OBTC Italian Seasoning 3 tsp OBTC Thirteenth Wonder Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate and then it's ready to serve at dinner.

GRILLED PORK CHOPS by Morgan Switzer McGinley Ingredients: 4 thick-cut pork chops 1 Tbsp garlic oil 1 Tbsp OBTC Serbian Blend Directions: Coat pork with oil and seasoning. Heat grill to medium/high and cook chops for 7 - 8 minutes each side (it's ok if it is slightly pink on the inside).

GRILLED TOP SIRLOIN by Morgan Switzer-McGinley Ingredients: 2 top sirloin steak (or your choice of cut) 2 tsp olive oil 2-3 tsp OBTC African Spice Directions: Coat the steak with oil and seasoning while preheating grill to high.  Sear steaks 1 minute per side, then turn heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes each side (or your preferred likeness for how you like them finished).

YUMMY, EASY, & "SAVE"-ORY: GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS by Morgan Switzer-McGinley Ingredients: 2 lbs jumbo shrimp (or whatever size you prefer) 3 Tbsp garlic oil 2 Tbsp OBTC Chile Lime Rub Directions: Clean and devein shrimp, if needed. Place clean shrimp in a bowl and add the oil and seasoning to shrimp. Make sure each one is fully coated. Next, while your grill is being heated at medium heat, skewer shrimp, about 5 per skewer. Cook on medium heat, 4 minutes each side.  Serve with a nice garden salad or with this tomato salad.

Oven Roasted Potatoes & Cucumber Tomato Summer Salad by Morgan Switzer-McGinley Oven Roasted Potatoes Ingredients: 1 lb to 1 1/2 lb tri-colored fingerling potatoes 1 1/2 tsp OBTC Hickory Smoked Sea Salt 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp thyme (fresh or dried) 1 1/2 tsp rosemary (fresh or dried) Black pepper, to taste Olive oil Directions: Preheat oven to 400℉. Coat a baking pan in oil and place to the side. In a medium mixing bowl, cut up potatoes into quarters (roughly 1” bites).  Generously coat the potatoes with olive oil and mix. Add all the spices and mix well. Add the coated potatoes to the prepared baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, making sure to flip them over at 20 minutes. Add additional OBTC Hickory Smoked...
