GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs jumbo shrimp (or whatever size you prefer)
  • 3 Tbsp garlic oil
  • 2 Tbsp OBTC Chile Lime Rub
Directions:
  1. Clean and devein shrimp, if needed.
  2. Place clean shrimp in a bowl and add the oil and seasoning to shrimp. Make sure each one is fully coated.
  3. Next, while your grill is being heated at medium heat, skewer shrimp, about 5 per skewer.
  4. Cook on medium heat, 4 minutes each side. 
  5. Serve with a nice garden salad or with this tomato salad.
