GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp (or whatever size you prefer)
- 3 Tbsp garlic oil
- 2 Tbsp OBTC Chile Lime Rub
- Clean and devein shrimp, if needed.
- Place clean shrimp in a bowl and add the oil and seasoning to shrimp. Make sure each one is fully coated.
- Next, while your grill is being heated at medium heat, skewer shrimp, about 5 per skewer.
- Cook on medium heat, 4 minutes each side.
- Serve with a nice garden salad or with this tomato salad.
