GRILLED TOP SIRLOIN

- 2 top sirloin steak (or your choice of cut)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2-3 tsp OBTC African Spice
- Coat the steak with oil and seasoning while preheating grill to high.
- Sear steaks 1 minute per side, then turn heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes each side (or your preferred likeness for how you like them finished).
