Banana Coffee Chocolate Smoothie
 with Mexican vanilla bean paste
This easy smoothie blends up deliciously thick and creamy. It’s full of rich banana flavor and is a good source of potassium. The rich hint of vanilla flavor adds an extra element of slight creamy sweetness, as the chunks of dark chocolate add texture. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or dessert!


∙ 2 cups sliced banana (frozen is best, about 2  large bananas) ∙

∙ 2 cups of cold brew Banana Bread Coffee Pu Erh ∙

∙ 4 Tbsp Salt Cedar Honey ∙

∙ ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) ∙

∙ 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks ∙

∙ ¼ cup milk (dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.) ∙

∙ 1/4 teaspoon Mexican Vanilla Paste ∙

Optional Add-In Ingredients:

 oats, fruit, nuts, protein powder, chaga root powder


  • Cold Brew 5 teaspoons of Banana Bread Coffee Pu Erh in 2 cups of water overnight. Add Salt Cedar Honey and mix until dissolved.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.
