As the Earth settles into the cool new season and the animals and plants begin their journey of rest and hibernation, we too are reminded to pause, reflect, and look inward. This essential oil combination captures calming and soothing aromas and reminds us to slow down and take time for self care.
This month is all about focusing on yourself with the intention of feeding your inner strength and practicing self-love. There is a calling to not only adjust to the changing season but also the changes happening internally. This month we will pair our Rest Up Essential Oil Blend with two yoga poses that target our hips and heart. These poses counter each other and target parts of the body that tend to hold and store the most emotion.
