American Wildflower

Relax. You deserve it.

American Wildflower is not strictly a bedtime tea, but it is one of our favorites to drink at the end of the day to help boost relaxation, to soothe a tired body, and to get into the right mindset for a peaceful night's sleep. It is refreshing with mint, sweet with vanilla, bright with lemongrass, and rounded out with earthy and floral chamomile notes. We love this blend served hot with a spoonful of Mesquite Honey.

Results from a study analyzing the effects of rooibos tea suggests that a daily intake of rooibos tea may be beneficial to our health by "providing the liver with enhanced antioxidant capacity to reduce damage by toxicants." The liver cleanses our blood and filters out toxins to: make us feel, function, and even look better; not to mention, prolonging our life and resistance to disease. Rooibos is not commonly touted as a "detox tea," but it certainly is one.

Peppermint tea is an overall wellness booster! It combats headaches and nasal congestion, making it one of our go-to teas for when we're under the weather. It also promotes digestive health and reduces bloating, gas, and upset stomach. It will help make your body a more comfortable place to live and is a great companion for cozying up with a good book.

Lemongrass is one powerful little herb! It is antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, rich in antioxidants, and has positive effects on the nervous system. Lemongrass is one of our favorite teas to blend with because it is bright and delicate and makes us feel better protected during the cold and flu season. Because of its powerful anti-inflammatory effects, it can help to alleviate pain and reduce risk of disease. It is also a great way to combat anxiety - which is one of the many reasons lemongrass is so soothing at the end of the day.

**Keep LEMONGRASS ESSENTIAL oil in your medicine cabinet to get a strong dose of it's incredible benefits!**

Chamomile tea has soothing effects on our mind, helping to reduce anxiety and induce sleep.  Studies also suggest that chamomile has anti-estrogenic effects and can help to alleviate ailments common to post-menopausal women, including bone-density issues, and may help to combat PMS symptoms.
