One of our favorite fall seasonal blends is our Pumpkin Pie Chai! As some of our seasoned guests may know, this blend comes out around the month of September and will be available throughout the fall, until the stores run out of their supply at the end of the season. We blended this year’s batch a little differently, and we were so excited to release it a few weeks ago!

The Pumpkin Pie Chai is a honeybush tea base, which makes this blend caffeine free and can be enjoyed anytime throughout the day! Honeybush tea is a South African herb that is high in minerals and antioxidants, a natural expectorant, helps lower blood sugar, reduces blood lipids, and alleviates menopausal symptoms.

Our blend this year contains dried pumpkin pieces, differing form last year’s blend which only contained natural pumpkin pie spice flavors. This adds so much more pumpkin-deliciousness to each cup made - all my PSL lovers rejoice! I personally am not the biggest pumpkin-flavored drink girl, but this blend has such a subtle blend of the pumpkin and chai flavors, and I love it so much!

Amy, from our Durango location, craves our Pumpkin Pie Chai as soon as she motorcycles home from work! “Pumpkin Pie Chai...is VERY welcome after my chilly, wet ride home.” Amy recommends adding a touch of our Mountain Gamble Oak honey and a good dose of half and half, stating “the caffeine free creamy deliciousness makes me so happy after a long day” when she has “earned that rich chai. ;)”
