Our Kiwi Jalapeño Matcha Booster recipe gives you the best of both worlds, as it is a refreshing tea-juice with a healthy twist and a spicy kick. This recipe is also great for kids with adventurou taste buds! Matcha is packed full of antioxidants and vitamins and is known to boost metabolism!
This recipe is vibrant, unique and fresh. After your first sip, you are immediately drawn in to take another! The Matcha is complEmented with the natural sweet-sour of the kiwi and a surprise kick of jalapeno, as the Eucalyptus Honey adds a touch of creamy sweetness and mellows the whole drink out. Fresh squeezed lime and cilantro add a nice balance for this refreshing cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup small kiwi chunks
- 2 thin slices jalapeño
- 2 thin lime rounds
- 2 tbsp. OBTC Eucalyptus Honey
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp. OBTC Matcha
- ice
- cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle kiwi chunks, slices of jalapeño, lime, Eucalyptus honey, and cilantro.
2. Mix Matcha with warm water and whisk until dissolved. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
3. Pour chilled matcha into an iced filled shaker. Close..... and shake, shake, shake!
3. Pour into a short glass filled with ice and garnish with a cilantro sprig and a kiwi slice!
