Peppermint Matcha Latte
with vanilla bean honey

 This latte recipe is made with our Peppermint tea, a small scoop of our matcha, a dollop of Vanilla Bean Honey, and milk. It is a great transition recipe from the holidays into the new year because it has a minty sweet-vanilla taste, reminiscent of a candy cane, but is loaded with brain and metabolism boosting powers (thanks to the matcha).

Ingredients:

1 tsp. OBTC Matcha

1 tsp. OBTC Peppermint Tea

1 tsp. OBTC Vanilla Bean Honey

6 ounces of your favorite milk

2 ounces of hot water

 Instructions:

  1. Add Peppermint to an infuser and steep in hot milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Add Matcha to a cup or matcha bowl and whisk until dissolved. Sweeten with Vanilla Bean Honey.
  3. Combine your peppermint/milk brew with your sweet matcha and froth together.
  4. Add crushed peppermint candy on top!

Try brewing these with your matcha... you might just discover your new favorite recipe.
