HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED FROM US:
INGREDIENTS:
(makes 2 servings)
For simple syrup:
- 4 tsp. Ginger
- 1/2 cup Orange Blossom honey
- 1/2 cup hot water
For mocktail:
- 5 oz boiling water
- 4 tsp. Lavender Sage Lemonade
- 3 tsp. Chamomile
- ice
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- unsweetened sparkling water to top
- candied ginger and/or spearmint to garnish
Instructions:
- To make the simple syrup, add Ginger to an infuser and steep in hot water for at least 10 minutes. (The longer the better!) Remove infuser and add Orange Blossom honey. Stir until combined and place in fridge to cool.
- Add Lavender Sage Lemonade and Chamomile to an infuser and steep in hot water for at least 10 minutes. Remove infuser and set in fridge to cool.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add chilled tea, chilled simple syrup, (only add however much you like because you can store the leftover simple syrup in the fridge for later!), and fresh lemon juice. Shake it up and pour over ice. Top with your favorite unsweetened sparkling water. Garnish with candied ginger and spearmint.
