I hope you had a great May. Hello June, and soon the official start of summer! Summer is my favorite season! And even though routines change some with kids not being in school, I am grateful for slower mornings and a break from school pick up and drop off lines. I am also looking forward to spending time in the sunshine and enjoying more of the workday outside. ☺️

Tea of the Month: Tropical Black
TROPICAL BLACK is blended with black tea, natural flavors, freeze-dried pineapple, calendula, blue cornflower, and safflower. Tropical Black is my personal favorite black tea - it is full of bright, tropical flavors! It is the perfect midday pick me up to refresh, hydrate, and boost energy, and it is a great wellness booster.
This blend is lovely served iced with a spoonful of honey!
Spice of the Month: African Spice
AFRICAN SPICE is blended with red peppers, cayenne, Hatch chile, garlic, paprika, coriander, cumin, sea salt, and spearmint. It is inspired by the spicy North African blend, Harissa. We like to use it to season meats and seafood, on roasted vegetables, in hummus, on burgers, for chicken wings, and in soups.
