This chicken salad recipe is perfect to prep ahead of time for an easy lunch, or to share at springtime family gatherings! Our Serbian Blend shines in the spotlight of this recipe and adds flavors of salted veggies! We recommend enjoying this chicken salad on crackers or on sourdough bread with potato chips!
Made with carrots, onion, tomato, spinach, celery, bell peppers, turmeric, garlic, sea salt, and parsley.
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced pecans
- 1 cup quartered grapes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tsp. Serbian Seasoning (or more to taste)
- Shred chicken and set in fridge to cool.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a sandwich with sprouts and kettle cooked potato chips!
