INGREDIENTS
Wild Strawberry: white tea blended with rooibos tea, apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, blueberries, blue cornflowers, rose petals, and natural flavors.

Vanilla Rooibos: rooibos with natural vanilla flavor.
PEAK THE HIGHLIGHTS 
White Tea is from the Camellia sinensis plant, the same plant that makes green, black, oolong, and pu erh teas. With white tea, the leaves of the plant are plucked young and are un-oxidized. For this reason, white tea is actually the highest in antioxidants of the traditional tea classes. The matriarch of our family is a 3 time cancer survivor and drinks white tea every day as a part of her preventative lifestyle.

Rooibos is made from a South African shrub called Aspalathus linearis. Rooibos is another great source of antioxidants and may help to reduce risk of disease, and slow the effects of aging on the body. Many people across Africa turn to Rooibos tea for a natural pain reliever: while studies are still needed to determine why, many report feeling soothed after a cup. Rooibos is also naturally caffeine free.

This blend is very low in caffeine: white tea has only 10 to 15 milligrams of caffeine and the rest of the ingredients are naturally caffeine free. White tea also has L-theanine, an amino acid associated with a meditative mind state. For this reason, we often turn to this blend when we're feeling stressed because it is just so soothing and sweet.
TIPS ON PREPARATION​
On a cool morning or a rainy afternoon try this blend served hot with a spoonful of honey and a dash of your preferred non-dairy creamer. On a hot day, this blend is lovely served unsweetened over ice for a refreshing, yet decadent treat.
