OCTOBER 2019
September is finally over! Did it seem like a long month for you?? Fall is officially here - the leaves are changing, the temperatures are cooling down, and hello to pumpkin spiced everything, including our tea of the month, Pumpkin Pie Chai! Read more below! 👇
Tea of the Month: Pumpkin Pie Chai
Pumpkin Pie Chai is a honeybush tea base. Honeybush tea is a beverage from plants of the Cyclopia Family, and is regarded for its potential impact on health. Regular consumption of the tea is associated with several long-term and short-term health benefits, making it an excellent alternative tea choice!

Our Pumpkin Pie Chai is blended with pumpkin pieces, cacao shells, cloves,  licorice root, safflower, cinnamon bark, cardamom, and ginger root.

Honeybush tea is high in minerals and antioxidants, a natural expectorant, helps lower blood sugar, reduces blood lipids, and alleviates menopausal symptoms.
Spice of the Month: Herbs de Provence
Herbs de Provence is blended with basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, and lavender. It can be used as a rub on any meat, or to flavor soups and stews.  Excellent rub for roast turkeys!

Heather, the owner of our Golden OBTC location, added it to couscous. Check out the recipe below! 👇
