The biscochito cookie is the official state cookie of New Mexico and is a quintessential treat during the holiday season. Biscochito cookies are similar to shortbread cookies but are made with crushed anise, orange and, cinnamon. They are light, will melt into your mouth, and are lovely served with a hot cup of tea.

Green Chile Biscochito 🇲🇽

Made with sencha green tea, cinnamon, anise, cacao shells, Hatch, New Mexico green chile powder, chamomile, and natural flavors.

Add 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with honey.
