JANUARY TEA NOTES 🌱 - 2024

January 2024

Happy January fellow tea lovers!

And Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were merry and bright, and you've had some time to rest and recuperate from all of the hustle and bustle!

We have some great products to start the year with and a fun little challenge! Check it out below! 👇

Tea of the Month: Matcha

MATCHA is fine powdered Japanese green tea. It is bold, earthy, and clean. When you drink matcha, you are consuming the full tea leaf and all of the leaf's nutrients!

Whisk matcha into hot water until it is evenly dissolved. Enjoy with honey and frothed cream (or your favorite dairy alternative).

The Challenge:

During January, we challenge ourselves (and you) to drink matcha every day. Why? Because matcha is an incredible wellness booster!

It boosts mental focus, packs a punch of antioxidants, improves energy, and will help you recover from the season of indulgence. We like to think of matcha as the post-holiday pre-workout that makes you feel happy and in the zone. Conquer any challenge and do it smiling; that's the matcha way to start the new year.

This month we will be sharing tasty ways to prepare and use matcha, as well as interesting research on matcha's health benefits. Stay tuned throughout the month and join us in the challenge!

Also, we'd love to know how the challenge is going for you:

How do you brew? How do you feel?

We want to know!

So please send us a note through the website or on any social platform that you follow us on.

Spice of the Month: Healthy Heart Seasoning

HEALTHY HEART SEASONING is an all purpose, salt-free seasoning to flavor any dish. Use in place of salt to season seafood, chicken, roasted vegetables, eggs, and yogurt-based veggie dips. Read how each ingredient benefits you here.

I hope you have a great January, filled with lots of new beginnings and positive intentions. I also hope that you will join us in the Matcha Challenge 2024! I don't think you'd regret it! :)
