JANUARY TEA NOTES 🌱 - 2023

January 2023

Happy January fellow tea lovers!
And Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great December and a great ending to 2022. This year felt super busy to me personally, and I know I am looking forward to a fresh start in 2023. Hoping this new year will feel a little slower and less hectic (and setting intentions to make it that way). ;)
Speaking of setting intentions, we have some great products to start the year with and a fun little challenge!
Check it out below! 👇

Tea of the Month: Matcha

MATCHA is fine powdered Japanese green tea. Matcha is bold, earthy, and clean. It supports healthy brain function, boosts metabolism, and is rich in antioxidants. When you drink matcha, you are consuming the full tea leaf and all of the leaf's nutrients!

Whisk matcha into hot water until it is evenly dissolved. We especially love matcha served with honey and frothed cream.

The Challenge:

During the month of January, we challenge ourselves to drink matcha every day. Why? Because matcha is incredible for your health!

This month we will be sharing tasty ways to prepare and use matcha, as well as interesting research on matcha's health benefits. Stay tuned throughout the month and join us in the challenge!

Also, we'd love to know how the challenge is going for you:

How do you brew? How do you feel?

We want to know!

So send us a note through the website or on any social platform that you follow us on.

Spice of the Month: Healthy Heart Seasoning

HEALTHY HEART SEASONING is an all purpose, salt-free seasoning to flavor any dish. Use in place of salt to season seafood, chicken, roasted vegetables, eggs, and yogurt-based veggie dips. Read how each ingredient benefits you here.

I hope you all have a great and intentional January, and that you participate in the Matcha Challenge with us! I don't think you'd regret it! :)
