These adorable honey lollipops make such good gifts and are a great alternative to traditional lollipops. Plus, they soothe a sore throat and are way more fun than a cough drop! Who knew a lollipop could be so healthy and wholesome?

The only ingredient needed is honey.

  1. Add half a cup of honey (makes about 4 lollies) to a sauce pan and heat over medium-high. 
  2. Constantly stir with a rubber spoon until it reaches 300 degrees. A thermometer comes in handy here.
  3. Take off the heat and let cool slightly for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour honey into molds and add your sticks! Let cool on the counter for a few hours until hard.

Stir your lolly into one of these herbal blends.
