These adorable honey lollipops make such good gifts and are a great alternative to traditional lollipops. Plus, they soothe a sore throat and are way more fun than a cough drop! Who knew a lollipop could be so healthy and wholesome?
The only ingredient needed is honey.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add half a cup of honey (makes about 4 lollies) to a sauce pan and heat over medium-high.
- Constantly stir with a rubber spoon until it reaches 300 degrees. A thermometer comes in handy here.
- Take off the heat and let cool slightly for about 30 seconds.
- Pour honey into molds and add your sticks! Let cool on the counter for a few hours until hard.
Stir your lolly into one of these herbal blends.
