Quick & Easy Side Dish
seasoned with serbian spice

Made with carrots, onion, tomato, spinach, celery, bell peppers, turmeric, garlic, sea salt and parsley, this seasoning tastes like a vegetable garden! It is wonderful to use with soups, rices, meats and so much more. Think of it as your hearty veggie all purpose seasoning.
It is the perfect seasoning to use on many different side dishes, but we especially loved it on this roasted carrot, potato and onion medley. Pair with your favorite protein!

INGREDIENTS
(serves 8)
- 1 lb. small red potatoes
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4-5 tsp. Serbian Spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Then chop the small red potatoes into quarters. Cut potato pieces smaller than carrot pieces so they'll cook in the same time.
- Chop the onion.
- Add potatoes, carrots and onions to the pan. Drizzle oil and Serbian Spice and mix everything together until the vegetables are coated.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until they reach desired tenderness. Stir halfway through cooking time.
