APRIL TEA NOTES

APRIL 2021

Happy Spring friends! This month we are [hopefully] celebrating melting snow, sunshine, blooming flowers and bees pollinating. I'm personally excited to shop for plants for my garden - I may have a bit of an obsession with my green babies. Check out what products we're enjoying at the start of this fresh Spring Season below! 👇

Tea Blend of the Month: Chamomile & Berry

Berry & Chamomile is blended with hibiscus, rose hips, blueberries, strawberries, dried chamomile flowers, and natural flavors. This naturally caffeine free blend is vibrant with berry flavor and comforting with earthy and honey-like chamomile! It is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and will promote overall wellness. We like to drink this blend to support immunity, calm the mind and body, reduce inflammation, and soothe menstrual cramps.

This blend is lovely served hot or iced, with a spoonful of honey and a dash of Mexican Vanilla Extract!

Herb of the Month: Lavender Flowers

Our Lavender Flowers are a lovely addition to teas and fine herbs. The Romans used lavender to scent their baths, beds, clothes and even hair. Lavender was also recognized for its antiseptic and healing qualities. The Ancient Greeks used lavender to fight insomnia and backaches, and today it is most recognized for its calming abilities and can be especially helpful for combatting stress and depression.

We used our Lavender Flowers to make Lavender Shortbread Cookies. Check out the recipe below! 👇

Essential Oil Blend of the Month: Spring Rain

This blend is made up of Peppermint, Lemongrass, and Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oils. We like to use 2 parts Peppermint Essential Oil, 2 parts Lemongrass Essential Oil, and 2 parts Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil.

These three oils can be used together or separately, but this month only, when you buy all three together you get 10% off!
