IN A NUTSHELL:

White Peony is delicate, fresh, and beautifully simple. This white tea is traditionally made with young tea buds, which are gently withered and dried with a very little processing. No rolling, roasting, or heavy oxidation here!

Its simple processing lets the tea speak for itself, creating a soft, clean cup with delicate floral notes, and a light, almost airy character.

And despite the name, you won't find any peony flowers in your cup. "White Peony" is the name of the tea itself, inspired by the appearance of its beautiful leaves and silvery buds.
