IN A NUTSHELL:

Oolong teas are semi-oxidized, landing somewhere between fresh green tea and rich black tea. After the leaves are picked, they're gently withered and allowed to oxidize before heat is used to stop the process. 

Unlike roasted oolongs, this one skips the deeper roasting step, keeping the flavor soft, fresh, and delicate. Expect gentle floral notes, a subtle natural sweetness, and a smooth, clean finish.

1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 2 - 3 minutes.
