Roasted Oolong (Ti Kwan Yin)

IN A NUTSHELL:

Like all oolongs, the leaves are semi-oxidized, putting them somewhere between green and black tea. But this oolong gets an extra step: the leaves are roasted after processing, bringing out deeper, richer flavors and mellowing some of their nrighter notes.

The result is a smooth cup with warm, toasty notes, a subtle nuttiness, and a naturally rich finish. It's a great pick when you want something comforting without the boldness of a traditional black tea.
