IN A NUTSHELL:

Grown in South Africa's Cederberg region, rooibos comes from a plant found naturally in this small corner of the world. Green Rooibos is light, fresh, and a little different from the rooibos you might know! Both green and red rooibos come from the same South African plant, but what happens after harvest gives them two very different personalities.

Green Rooibos is dried soon after picking, limiting oxidation and preserving its naturally green color and lighter flavor. The result is a clean, mellow cup with a fresh, slightly grassy character.

BREW TIPS:

This blend is lovely served hot or iced.

STEEP:

1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 5 - 10 minutes.
