This blend is light and refreshing, with crisp apple notes and earthy undertones. It was inspired by a blend called "Pu Erh Fitness Tea" from a little tea shop we visited in Ireland. The ingredients in Crisp Apple Pu Erh support breaking down a fatty meal, soothing aches and pains, and overall wellness. We like to think of this blend as a gym companion, but it is also a great daily drinker!

This blend is best served iced and unsweetened or with spoonful of honey!

STEEP:

1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 5 minutes

Great for iced tea

Nice and light. My kiddo loves it.

Crisp and refreshing!

This tea does such a good job balancing the grassy maté and earthy puerh - leaving it refreshing and energizing but with depth of flavor. The apple is also so natural-tasting, like a crisp granny smith. I haven't tried it iced yet, but I'm sure it would be lovely that way too!
