DIFFUSE WITH PURPOSE

Essential oils have so many benefits…
Eucalyptus Globulous provides instant relief for a stuffy nose, can help alleviate migraines, and combat a flu.
Lemon oil can be used to treat acne, the common cold, and can reduce inflammation.
Oregano has been praised for its antimicrobial, anti-fungal, antiviral, and antiseptic properties.
... There are so many uses and so much to know.
There is something going on at a molecular level that we're fascinated by: they're called monoterpenes.
MONOTERPENES
Monoterpenes are compounds produced by many types of plants including trees, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs: they contribute to the flavor and aroma of the plant. Studies have shown that monoterpenes have anti-carcinogenic properties and have potential to reduce risk of disease, decrease stress levels, and increase feelings of wellness.  Monoterpenes are also found in essential oils. Here are some of the specifics…
PINENE AND LIMONENE
Pinene is the monoterpene found in Eucalyptus and Oregano oil.  Pinene is associated with an increase in alertness and mental focus.  Limonene is the monoterpene found in Lemon, Bergamot, and Sweet Orange Essential Oil.  Limonene is said to be energizing and to elevate mood

OUR RECOMMENDATION
Try combining essential oils with a combination of Pinene and Limonene at the beginning of the work day to encourage energy, happiness, and mental focus.

You could try Eucalyptus with Lemon if you're in the mood for something fresh and invigorating or Oregano & Sweet Orange for something spicy and sweet.

Try diffusing in your shower or in your work space at the beginning of the day.

You can also make your favorite blend into a massage oil to rub on your neck by combining with a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil).

**Don't forget to breathe deep!**
