UPDATE: 30 DAYS OF MATCHA đŸ”

An update: 30 days of MATCHA
SOME OF YOU HAVE ALREADY HEARD...

The OBTC team is doing a 30 day Matcha Challenge: we're drinking at least 8 oz of Matcha everyday for 30 days straight. We decided to do this challenge because we wanted to increase our antioxidant intake, boost our metabolisms during the holiday season, and increase alpha waves in our brains, which are associated with relaxed alertness.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EFFECTS WE'VE OBSERVED SO FAR...
MORE REGULAR DIGESTION
Some of us have felt more regular down to just a few minutes! We have also noticed less bloating and less food-related stomach upset. This might be because of the high caffeine and antioxidant content of Matcha.

BETTER SLEEP
We think this relates to the fact that Matcha increases alpha waves in the brain: alpha waves are what you experience during REM sleep. Members of our team have also reported more vivid dreams! Because Matcha is high in caffeine we recommend consuming earlier in the day.

MORE BALANCED MOOD
A more balanced mood may relate to the aforementioned benefits: a healthy gut leads to a happy brain, and better sleep is definitely important for improving our moods. Some members of our team have experienced less fogginess, and have found Matcha to be a great companion for the gym and for getting into the zone at work in the morning.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE!
Send us a note on what your experience has been with Matcha! We are enjoying sharing our experiences with each other and would love to know how your 30 days of Matcha have affected your wellness!
