Peak Truffle season in Italy is from November to December: the same time of year we tend to have leftover mashed potatoes in our refrigerators from big family dinners and parties! This indulgent dish is inspired by this magical time of year. ✨
HOW DO YOU TURN REGULAR MASHED POTATOES INTO A DROOL WORTHY APPETIZER? 

HERE'S HOW 👇
  1. Add cheese and BLACK TRUFFLE SEA SALT to leftover mashed potatoes.   ** We love the Asiago cheese from NOISY WATER WINERY**
  2. Roll into tater-tot sized bites
  3. Coat in Panko bread crumbs
  4. Fry until golden brown in pan with hot GARLIC AND BLACK PEPPER TEA SEED OIL​
