Best Brussel Sprouts
with Thirteenth Wonder seasoning
Brussel sprouts just became your new favorite vegetable! 😍 This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser and is great for bringing to large gatherings or just to use as a side for a weeknight dinner. These brussels are roasted until golden, seasoned with our spice of the month, Thirteenth Wonder, tossed with walnuts, and topped off with a balsamic honey glaze.

INGREDIENTS
(Makes 2-3 servings)
1/2 cups of walnuts, chopped
12 oz brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
a few drizzles of olive oil
2-3 tsp. of Thirteenth Wonder, and more if you like
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Salt Cedar Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375 ̊. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven, tossing once, and bake until fragrant (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Add brussel sprouts to the sheet and sprinkle with Thirteenth Wonder and roast, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and tender (about 25 to 30 minutes).
- Meanwhile, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan. Bring to almost a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until very thick, 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the roasted brussel sprouts. Sprinkle with the walnuts before serving.
