Strawberry Hazelnut Pu Erh

with smooth, earthy pu erh tea, sweet strawberries, rich cocoa nibs and bright rose petals

BREW TIPS:

This moderately caffeinated blend is lovely served hot or iced, with a spoonful of honey and a dash of cream! Add 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes.

Why do we love this blend? Here's why...

This blend makes a wonderful alternative to coffee, and is indulgent with strawberry and hazelnut flavors! We recommend sipping on this blend during the early hours of the morning to set the tone for an energetic and productive day.

Pu Erh tea is naturally fermented and because of this, it is really good for your gut health. It boosts metabolism, reduces bloating, and promotes digestion! Did you know that when you have a healthy gut you tend to also have a healthy brain? That's because there is a gut-brain connection in your body. So take care of your gut, and you may experience improved focus, energy, and mood!

MAKING THE PERFECT CUP IS EASY

⬇

STEP 1:

Add 4 teaspoons of Strawberry Hazelnut to an 8 oz cup. (We usually recommend 1-2 tsp., but since we are making this iced we doubled the measurement to keep it from diluting!)

Pour hot water (around 200 to 212℉) over the tea to fill half the glass. Steep for the maximum amount of time recommended on the label - in this case, steep for 10 minutes! While the tea is steeping, add your dollop of honey, but be on guard for honey thieves at this step! πŸ˜‰

STEP 2:

Add ice to fill the rest of the cup up and then top with a splash of cream.Β

STEP 3:Β

Give it a good stir and serve with fresh strawberries!

STEP 4:

Decide if you want to share with your honey!
