While a glass of wine or a boujee cocktail in the evening is a worthy indulgence, going to bed well-hydrated is a crucial part of elevating your wellness! A pot of hot Peppermint and Lemongrass tea has been one of our favorite ways to hydrate before bed since we opened OBTC over 5 years ago! it is the type of herbal blend that is so fresh and simple you just don't get sick of it!

This blend inspired our essential oil combination of the month:

Peppermint and Lemongrass Essential Oil

DIY MOUTHWASH

Add 1 to 2 drops of Peppermint and Lemongrass Essential Oils to a mouthwash sized cup of water - swirl to stir, swish between your teeth, gargle and spit (don't swallow).

 THAT. IS. IT.

Repeat nightly. Don't forget to floss.

BUT WHY?

We love this idea because it is so easy to pack on the go for a refresher during the work day, for a long flight or drive, or for any over night stay away from home!

The combination of Peppermint and Lemongrass essential oil is antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory! It is also analgesic (will help alleviate pain), soothing for headaches, clearing for sinuses, and helps reduce fatigue!
