Mood Boosting, Anti-Aging, and Brain Stimulating
Turmeric is known for its bright golden hue and is often found in Indian cuisine. Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. Science tells us that curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, has an incredibly powerful anti-inflammatory effect and is a very strong antioxidant.
We created a Golden Milk recipe with a culture fusion twist, and to put it simply, it is HEAVENLY. It is warm, slightly sweet and definitely golden.

1/2 cup of milk or dairy alternative
2 teaspoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of Mexican Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon OBTC Turmeric Powder
1 pinch of black pepper

Combine steeped Osmanthus Oolong, milk (or dairy alternative), honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and turmeric in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don't let it boil and continuously stir it until all ingredients are evenly dispersed.

Pour into a mug and sprinkle a pinch of black pepper on top! Consuming black pepper with turmeric enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2,000%, so get cracking!
