The holidays are upon us and that means posole, tamales, gorditas, and enchiladas - especially if you are New Mexican. To celebrate all things spicy this time of year we are featuring our New Mexico All Purpose Seasoning this month. This spice has fire roasted red AND green chile, as well as fire roasted bell peppers. Old Barrel Tea Co. started in New Mexico, so chile has a special place in our hearts because we put it on literally everything. The small town of Hatch, New Mexico, is the chile capital of the world and our whole state is proud of this magical and spicy crop.

Made with fire roasted hatch green chile, red chile, roasted bell peppers, spices.
Add a New Mexican flavor and spice to any dish! Excellent on meats, soups, guacamole, vegetables, eggs and homemade tortilla chips.
