The Coconut Orange Matcha Refresher

Welcome back to another Monday inspired by the goodness of Matcha. This month we are challenging you to incorporate Matcha into your daily routine - because we believe self-care should be a daily habit. Matcha is antioxidant rich, promotes healthy brain function, and elevates overall wellness. Check out this REFRESHING Matcha recipe. ⬇︎


3/4 cup water

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup fresh ground ginger root

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 1/2 tsp Matcha



Combine water and honey in a small saucepan until the honey is dissolved. Add ginger and orange juice, and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes until straining ginger out.


Add your honey syrup, matcha and coconut milk into a cocktail shaker, and fill 3/4 with ice. Shake hard until cold and pour over ice. Using a blender and then pouring over ice is an alternative option if you don't have a shaker! Garnish with grated ginger or an orange peel twist.
