IRISH PU ERH is blended with pu erh tea leaves, yerba mate, lemongrass, apple pieces, rose hips, and natural apple flavors. This blend is light and refreshing with crisp apple notes and earthy undertones. It was inspired by a blend called "Pu Erh Fitness Tea" from a little tea shop we visited in Ireland. The ingredients in Irish Pu Erh supports digestion, metabolism, muscle recovery and overall wellness. We like to think of this blend as a gym companion, but it is also just a great daily drink!
This blend is best served iced and unsweetened, or with spoonful of honey!
SERBIAN BLENDÂ is blended with carrots, onion, tomato, spinach, celery, bell peppers, turmeric, garlic, sea salt, and parsley. This all purpose spice pairs well with any meat and is great for making traditional Eastern European dishes.
We used Serbian Blend to make Serbian Chicken and Basmati Rice Pilaf. Check out the recipe below! đ

This blend is made up of Lemon, Rosemary, and Lavender Essential Oil. This invigoratingly herbaceous blend is bright and uplifting. It is the perfect blend to energize you as you dive into the spring season. It promotes mental clarity, while creating feelings of calmness. We like to use 1 part Lemon Essential Oil, 2 parts Rosemary Essential Oil, and 2 parts Lavender Essential Oil.
These three oils can be used together or separately, but this month only, when you buy all three together you get 10% off! Â
