MAKE IT A GREAT MONDAY

COLD BREW TEA OVERNIGHT

It is SO easy and it tastes great! Simply add you tea leaves to the infuser, fill pitcher with filtered water, and allow to steep over night in the refrigerator.

While you're at it...

Decide what you'll have for breakfast and lunch and prep ahead of time - this will help you make intentionally healthy choices and will alleviate those decisions from a day that is generally full of decisions!

CHOOSE A BLEND THAT YOU WILL WANT TO DRINK DURING THE WORK DAY

We love cold brewing Berry and South Indian Black Tea overnight because it cuts the astringency of black tea and makes the blend tastes smooth and bright with fruit flavor! This blend is wonderful iced! It is antioxidant-rich, high in vitamin C, and is a brain booster.

And don't forget....

You need to drink more water! Hydration is the remedy for most discomforts!

SAY YES TO SUNSHINE & TAKE TEA WHEN YOU GO.

Schedule an afternoon walk (around 1:00 pm) and either take a break or take your work on the go. This year many of us are spending a lot of work-time on screens! Grab your tea to go and get some sunlight on your face in the afternoon, when your circadian rhythm is at a lull and you tend to feel more tired.

Also...

If you have a job that requires you to spend a lot of time on screens, relish in your freedom from them by opting for reading a book over scrolling on instagram or playing a board game over binge watching tv!

FOCUS ON ENJOYING EVERY BIT THE DAY

Feeling stressed? Ask yourself the following...

1. Can I improve my circumstances? If yes, take steps to do so.

2. If I can't improve my circumstance, can I improve my perception of them? If yes, take steps to do so.

Give yourself a dose of the Happiness Tincture, take breaks to stretch, let the sunshine warm your face, and make it your Monday mission to radiate joy!

Good luck, friends! We hope you zen so hard others can't help but smile when they see you!
