This tea cocktail is made with our Honeysuckle Blossom Oolong tea, which has notes of apple, lemon, and honeysuckle (of course)! Sweetened with Wildflower honey, slightly soured up with some lime juice and garnished with coconut flakes, this tea cocktail is the perfect companion to enjoy by the pool!
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED FROM US:
INGREDIENTS:
(makes 1 serving)
For simple syrup:
- 3 tsp. Honeysuckle Blossom Oolong
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 1/2 cup of Wildflower honey
For mocktail:
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz of Honeysuckle Blossom infused simple syrup
- fresh squeezed lime
- ice
- lime wheel
- coconut flakes or chips (we used Dang coconut chips 🤤)
Instructions:
- To make the simple syrup, add Honeysuckle Blossom Oolong to an infuser and steep in hot water for at least 10 minutes. (The longer the better!) Remove infuser and add Wildflower honey. Stir until combined and place in fridge to cool.
- Combine Honeysuckle Blossom simple syrup, rum and fresh squeezed lime juice in your glass. Add ice and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and coconut flakes.
