Jennifer's Favorites + Tips and Tricks

This month we are shining the spotlight on Jennifer, one of our brand new team members in our newest location, Red River, New Mexico! This quaint and charming little town welcomed our 8th tea shop location in 2021 and we have loved the kindness of this community! Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico, Red River features a great ski mountain, adorable coffee shops and yummy food options. Jennifer has helped us get the tea shop up and running and her kind and spirited energy lights up the room! Jennifer's favorite part about working at the tea shop is getting to tell customers our story and purpose.

Check out Jennifer's favorite tea.

Lavenderose Chamomint

This is an herbal tisane made of calming and soothing ingredients. It has a comforting floral flavor with notes of sweet vanilla and refreshing mint.

Jennifer drinks this tea when she's doing something creative like painting or when she's relaxing and unwinding the day.

Make this tea the way Jennifer does!

Jennifer recommends drinking this tea hot with a spoonful of Wildflower Honey. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 8 oz of hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes.

Love to throw down in the kitchen? Here are Jennifer's favorite spices.

Cocoa Espresso Rub

With Coffee, cocoa powder, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and Hatch, New Mexico Red Chile powder.

Vietnamese Cinnamon

Made with pure Vietnamese cinnamon. Vietnamese Cinnamon has a higher oil content than other cinnamon, making the flavor rich and decadent.

Salmon Rub

With brown sugar, smoked paprika, dill weed, garlic oil, black pepper, lemon oil, sea salt, celery, dextrose and onion.

Self-Care Inspo

We asked Jennifer what her favorite way to practice self-care is and this is what she said:

"I walk or take hikes in the mountains with my beloved partner & dogs. Yoga, hot baths, dancing, snowboarding, & music are some of my favorite things to do."

Superfood Golden Milk
