This month is extra special for OBTC-it marks our tea company's 6 year anniversary! We opened our first location in the quiet little town of Ruidoso, NM. We started with just 12 types of tea and a whole lot of passion. Our family-owned and operated company soon turned into an attraction for people from all walks of life to learn about and enjoy loose leaf tea. We were so excited to have the chance to share our passion for wellness in this charming mountain town.
Today we have an amazing team of people spread across 7 different locations in New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona who are passionate about tea and celebrating a wellness-oriented lifestyle.

Caitlin, who is the Ruidoso location's manager, gave us the inside scoop on what makes this location unique, the awesome staff and products to look out for in our little mountain town hideaway store.
The community of Ruidoso is made of people who love the outdoors and care about the small business that help the community thrive all year long. When you walk into the Old Barrel Tea Co in Mid-Town, Ruidoso you are immediately immersed in a sunshine-y and cozy environment and greeted by staff who are highly knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.
This staff team is fun-loving, charismatic and hard working, and their collective favorite thing about working here is that they receive an overwhelming amount of support from the locals and their friends and family always come in for their tea fix.

Sol Y Luna is a small craft business based out of Las Cruces, NM and is also female-owned and operated just like us!
