1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 5 - 10 minutes
On its own this tea is lovely and tart, but mellows nicely with a spoonful of honey. I prefer it mixed with lavender sage lemonade, which I enjoy hot and iced (again with a spoonful or two of honey!)
