I am a repeat customer. I ordered an infuser and a selection of holiday teas for a friend whose husband died suddenly. I figured it would be nice to have teas around for family and guests in her home. I ordered in mid-December. There was no indication that the teas were out of stock. Then you sent her the infuser (with no gift message?) alone. Time goes by. Then (like a week later) you tell me the teas are not available until March. I asked for Maggie's help at that point, and she was helpful, except I had to pay for a new tea order (now 2 orders) and your company wanted to charge me for shipping, which I had avoided by ordering tea and the infuser in the first place.
Maggie did straighten out the charges, from what I can see in credit card charges. My friend got the tea day before her husband's Celebration of Life.
But let me ask: would YOU order from this company again?
